Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what we need to send you a truck, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you submit a tow request we collect the callback number you give us, the location you type or share, what you tell us you need, and any vehicle details you choose to add. If you tap “Use my location” and allow it, we collect your device’s coordinates at that moment.
We do not require an email address, and we do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
To find you, to work out which truck to send, and to call you back. Precise location is used for exactly one thing: giving the driver a place to drive to.
Who it goes to
Your request goes to PRM’s dispatch. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone who is not involved in getting you a truck.
If your tow is being dispatched or paid through your insurer or a motor club, the details of that job are shared with them, because that is how the billing works.
Text messages
We only text you about your request if you tick the consent box on the form. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of getting service.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept as long as we need them for business and legal reasons, including billing disputes and any regulatory requirement that applies to towing and vehicle storage records.
Asking us to delete it
Email prmtowing@gmail.com or call (202) 424-3399 and ask. We will delete what we are not legally required to keep.
