Keep your lot clear, and keep it legal
Private property towing for apartment complexes, shopping centers, office parks, and HOA communities across Upper Marlboro and Prince George’s County.
Unauthorized parking is a small problem until it blocks a fire lane, an accessible space, or a paying resident’s spot. Then it is your phone ringing.
PRM handles removal for property owners and managers with trained, uniformed operators, available day and night. Every tow is photographed, reported to the police teletype, and handled by the rules in your contract, because a removal done wrong becomes your liability rather than ours.
How we work with properties
Signage review
Maryland requires posted notice at the entrance to a lot before a vehicle can be removed from it. We will walk your property and tell you exactly what is missing before anything gets towed.
Photo documentation on every tow
The vehicle is photographed in place, showing its position and the posted signage, before it moves. That record is what settles a dispute three weeks later.
Notification handled
Police notification and owner notice happen on the timeline the county requires, not whenever someone gets to it.
Patrol or on-call
Some properties want scheduled patrols. Others just want a number to call when something is in a fire lane. Both work, and you can change your mind.
Consolidated billing
One account, one invoice, rather than a separate transaction every time a car gets moved.
Start a conversation
Tell us the property type, roughly how many spaces, and what is going wrong. We will tell you whether enforcement is even the right answer.
