PRM tows light and medium duty vehicles every day of the year. If the vehicle will not start, will not steer, or will not roll, that is a normal call for us, not a complication.
We quote before we hook. You will know what the tow costs while you are still on the phone. If the job turns out to be different from what was described, we tell you the new number before we start, not after. Nobody should be finding out the price once their car is already on the deck.
How a tow call goes
You call
Tell us where you are and what the vehicle is doing. A cross street, an exit, or a mile marker is enough to get us moving.
We ask four things
Does it run, do all four wheels turn, is it all-wheel-drive, and where is it going. Those answers decide which truck we send.
We quote and give an ETA
Both before you hang up. If we cannot get to you quickly, we say so.
We load it properly
All-wheel-drive, low-clearance, and non-running vehicles go on a flatbed carrier so the drive wheels never turn. For parking decks and narrow driveways, tell us the clearance when you call and we will tell you straight away whether we can reach it.

Questions about this service
Yes. All-wheel-drive vehicles go on a flatbed so all four wheels are off the ground. Towing an all-wheel-drive car with two wheels down can damage the drivetrain, so this is not an upsell, it is the right way to move it.
Tell us it is in a garage when you call, and the posted clearance height if you can see it. A flatbed will not fit under most garage ceilings, so we will tell you straight away whether we can reach it rather than sending a truck that cannot.
We handle light and medium duty work. For anything heavier, call and ask before you assume either way. We would rather tell you we are the wrong truck than send the wrong truck and waste your night.
