Photo documentation
Every vehicle is photographed in place before it moves. That record is what settles a dispute weeks later.
Reported to police
As soon as a vehicle is impounded it is reported to the police teletype, so law enforcement has it on record and an owner who calls in can be told where it is.
Owner notice
If no one claims the vehicle within three days, we send the registered owner a certified letter letting them know we have it.
By your contract
What we remove is set by your towing contract and the property, not decided in the moment. You tell us the rules for your lot and we hold to them.

Prince George’s County regulates what a towing company may charge for a non-consent tow and sets when storage fees begin. Call and we will walk you through the current schedule and what your property would be responsible for, if anything.
For non-consent towing, the law limits us to properties within a 15 mile radius of our Upper Marlboro lot, inside Prince George’s County. If you are inside that range we can set you up. If you are just outside it, call and we will tell you where you stand.
