If what looked like a dead battery turns out to be something bigger, the same operator can tow you from where you are. You are not making a second call to a second company and waiting all over again.
What we come out for
Jump start
If it starts and stays running, you are on your way. If it dies again in the lot, the problem is usually charging rather than the battery, and we can take you to a shop.
Lockout
Keys locked in the car. We open it without damaging the door or the glass.
Flat tire
We fit your spare. If there is no usable spare, that becomes a tow, and we will tell you that on the phone rather than after we arrive.
Fuel delivery
Enough to get you to a station. It happens more than people admit.

Often yes. Many roadside plans dispatch through networks we already work with, in which case the call can be billed through your coverage rather than out of pocket. Check your policy or your motor club app, and tell us on the call so we can handle the paperwork correctly.
Then the problem is usually the alternator or the charging system, not the battery, and no amount of jumping will fix it. The same operator who came out can put it on the deck and take it to a shop.
